SYNERGY BROADBAND NAMES JENEAN KAISER
VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS
Ann Arbor, Mich -- January 27, 2010 -- Jenean Kaiser of Ann Arbor-based Synergy Broadband was promoted to Vice President of Operations. Kaiser's promotion follows ten years of telecommunications management, assessing clients' needs and implementing cutting-edge technology.
"Synergy is ready to emerge as a market leader in broadband and phone services, and I'm happy I'll be there to make it so," said Kaiser.
As Vice President of Operations, Kaiser plans to promote a culture of cooperation and partnership within Synergy and its customer base.
"Jenean has been here since the very start, and has been an asset to me and this company," said Norman Roe, Synergy founder and president. "She's the driving force behind upgrading our technology and providing excellent customer care."
Kaiser has been with Synergy practically from its inception, joining the company in 1998. As the Operations Manager, Kaiser helped Roe develop the company from the ground up, developing systems for employees to facilitate better tracking and data retrieval time as well as implementing a hybrid building local exchange carrier network in Ann Arbor and Washtenaw County.
Kaiser previously worked at Huron Products Group as Operation Manager. She received a B.A. in communication technology from Central Michigan University and is involved with the American Registry for Internet Numbers (ARIN) and the Ann Arbor chapter of the Association of Women in Computing. Kaiser is a published poet and enjoys reading "Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance" in her spare time.
